In this workshop we will look at peripheral initiation, and ways of getting through to the ends of our limbs in order to find connection and support in movement. We will look at how we can source stability from using the periphery, and how that informs our relationship to the center or midline of the body. We will play with extending this connection into our relationship with space and our environments as a means to find stability and three dimensionality in our dancing.
